Upon doing my research I decided to go ahead with Infinity particularly after I had a discussion with Travis. Travis was very honest, very realistic with what my RTO was worth and the current market value. On top of that he did not want any up front fees, all marketing campaigns, negotiating was undertake by Travis to potential buyers without spending a cent. The brokerage fee was paid after the successful sale.

Once Infinity received the new authority to continue, they advised that a prospective buyer was on the horizon. Once we agreed on the sale price it was very fast and efficient. It was good to get the checklists and procedures to help us with the requirements and deadlines. Infinity kept communication to a maximum via email mainly (which is what we wanted). When necessary telephone calls were organised. We like to have a record and email is good

The sale money is held in Trust by the Broker until all information is received, both from the purchaser and the vendor. This ensures that all aspects of documentation are completed before the money distributed to the vendor. I think this is a very good idea.
