Ultimately we engaged a solicitor, and I think that’s probably a good move. But a lesson that I learned fairly during the process was the solicitor’s there, but Infinity is there to be that intermediary. For anyone that’s going through this process, try to avoid contacting solicitors. Send through to Travis, ask Travis, get him to do what needs to be done with your solicitor. I think it’s far more effective, certainly better financially. But he knows what he’s doing, he knows how to deal with those questions and a lot of things. They don’t even need to go through to a solicitor that Travis can deal with those himself.

I suppose that anybody who’s selling a RTO, particularly people like us who’ve been working on it from the ground up, you know, we started it, developed it, developed all our own material. It’s quite an emotional connection with the RTO. And so you need people who are going to be on board, who are going to respond to your queries, who are going to understand the nature of our own industry as well as selling a RTO.
