Travis had personally run RTOs before and it just makes the world’s difference when you’ve got someone who actually understands the numbers, the ratio, what good looks like, etc. So everything Travis was telling me was something that I would learn, would note down and then I’d go and cross reference and check on my own numbers and I’d say ‘yep, yep, yep.’ Quite spot on.
