One important benefit was that I clearly understood the difference between what a Non-CRICOS RTO can do and what a CRICOS RTO can do. I also appreciated Travis’s advice to complete a pre-purchase RTO audit. By doing this, I was able to better understand ASQA guidelines and compliance requirements, which will be very helpful for my future operations.
