Upon doing my research I decided to go ahead with Infinity particularly  after I had a discussion with Travis. Travis was very honest, very realistic with what my RTO was worth and the current market value. On top of that he did not want any up front fees, all marketing campaigns, negotiating was undertake by Travis to potential buyers without spending a cent. The brokerage fee was paid after the successful sale.
