Very few RTOs are 100% perfect when it comes to compliance. What matters is transparency and having a realistic improvement plan.
The best compliance strategy is to have an external consultant to review your compliance on a regular basis.
It is more cost effective and ensures you have an expert in your corner.
Here are seven consultants that I can highly recommend. I tend not to hand out recommendations until I have worked with someone on numerous occasions and only with a high level of satisfaction. Make sure you mention my name so they know the expectation is excellent service and communication.
